Job summary

Carriera Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Manchester to lead cost management on a long-term public sector framework. You will manage projects from feasibility to final account, provide commercial guidance and nurture client relationships within a supportive consultancy culture.

Applicants with consultancy or client-side experience, NEC familiarity, and MRICS (preferred) will stand out. The role offers genuine flexibility and long-term workload with an established client base.

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established team, working on a long-term framework with a major public sector client.

The role
