• MRICS qualification or actively pursuing MRICS.
• Experience in PQS/construction consultancy.
• Public sector project exposure preferred.
• Employer's Agent experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of public sector projects and lead commercial functions.
• Mentor Junior Quantity Surveyors and oversee their work.
• Coordinate with clients and internal team to deliver high-quality output on time.
• Support APC and professional development for the team.
