Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on a wide range of high-profile projects across sectors including retail, residential, commercial, education, healthcare and industrial.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and manage client relationships.
  • Lead project delivery from feasibility through to final account.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Support professional growth and progression within a consultancy that champions internal promotion.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
  • MRICS chartership preferred or working towards
  • Experience within a UK consultancy environment is essential
  • Strong technical knowledge across both pre and post-contract stages
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and client accounts
