Qualifications

• Holder of a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Educated to Degree level, or equivalent experience.
• Experience within a similar Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
• Confident IT skills with strong Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial input including forecasts to management.
• Prepare monthly cost/value reports and analyze trends.
• Produce commercial reports and monitor subcontractor accounts.
• Physically measure works and agree figures with client and subcontractors.
• Coordinate certification and payment of Subcontractor accounts.
