Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager / Commercial Manager for energy and natural resources in Glasgow. You will lead cost management on major energy and infrastructure projects, owning performance, cost control, and value engineering.

Ability to take ownership of performance, quality and cost monitoring.
Experience in forecast accuracy, reporting and change control.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of performance and quality with client-focused outputs.
Plan and execute work effectively and identify value-adding opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to maintain professional working relationships.
Administer contracts with accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and cashflow control.
Deliver on KPIs, cost control and value engineering with governance compliance.
Provide commercial leadership and timely final accounts.
