Enable Resourcing in Dundee seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial/Ops and pre-con team. You will manage multi-million pound projects, focusing on cost control, contract administration, and value delivery across energy and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on infrastructure projects.
• Experience in cost control, subcontractor management, and reporting on multiple projects.
• Strong commercial and contract management skills.
• Experience leading a team at various career stages.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive commercial strategy and administration for a portfolio of projects.
• Lead contract administration, turnover, cost and cash forecasting, and risk management.
• Prepare and present periodic financial reports and forecasts.
• Engage with clients and project teams to drive value and performance.
