Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Nuclear, or Power/Major Infrastructure Projects.
  • 3-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement processes and create accurate cost estimates.
  • Develop pre-tender contracts and handle post contract administration.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion.
  • Handle client relationships and manage your own client workload.
  • Ensure contract compliance and provide expert advice on contractual matters.
  • Manage business development and grow client portfolios.
