You will own costs, valuations, variations and final accounts, using Excel (Chalkstring experience is useful) and building strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or ready to take the next step.
• Understanding of drylining projects and the commercial challenges they bring.
• Experience managing costs, valuations, variations, subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
• Proficiency in Excel; Chalkstring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the commercial management of projects ranging from £100,000 through to £4 million.
• Oversee costs, maximise project profitability and build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Influence how the commercial function develops as the business grows.
• Work across a North West portfolio including hotels, residential, office and healthcare sectors.
