Job summary

Blayze Group seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Development Consultancy in Manchester. You will support cost management across city centre mixed-use developments, residential and commercial schemes, and PBSA/BTR projects, guiding cost advice from feasibility through to post-contract.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying, Chartered status or equivalent experience, strong numerical skills, and proven client-facing consultancy abilities.

Qualifications

• Credentials include a BSc in Quantity Surveying with Chartered status or equivalent experience.
• Numerical accuracy in all work undertaken and strong pre-contract estimating.
• Ability to provide pre-contract through to post-contract consultancy to clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility and pre-contract estimates.
• Provide pre-contract through to post-contract consultancy to projects.
• Support residential and commercial schemes from feasibility through post-contract stages.
• Demonstrate strong client-facing communication across all projects.
