Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on multiple design & build projects in the UK. The role offers UK-wide site visits with an office-based setup and regular travel.

You will manage pre-construction to final account, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance and successful project delivery. A strong background in design & build and JCT contracts is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Surveyor.
• Background within commercial construction, refurbishment, fit-out or design & build projects.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and commercial software.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Surveyor - Design & Build Construction

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Office-based with regular site visits

An established and highly respected design and build contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Surveyor to join its growing commercial team.

This role will suit a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a Managing Surveyor position, or an experienced Managing Surveyor seeking a new challenge within a growing business.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance and successful project delivery.
