Job summary

Eden Brown is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in Central London. The role focuses on commercial management of fit out and refurbishment projects, handling valuations, cost control and final accounts in collaboration with clients and supply chain partners.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in fit out, interiors or refurbishment, strong knowledge of JCT contracts, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in fit out, interiors, refurbishment or main contracting.
• Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of fit out and refurbishment projects from award to final account.
• Management of subcontract procurement and accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within fit out, interiors, refurbishment or main contracting.
• Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and drive commercial performance.
• Relevant construction qualification desirable.
