• Review project performance and intervene where commercial risks arise.
• Participate in tender handover meetings and review contract docs.
• Prepare and review cash flow forecasts and cost reporting.
• Lead subcontract procurement and negotiations.
• Oversee contract administration under NEC/JCT including compensation events and variations.
