Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage day-to-day commercial responsibilities across the full project lifecycle. This role requires NEC contract administration, subcontractor negotiations, payments, forecasts and risk management on civils and construction projects.

Candidates should hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying, be proficient in Excel, and demonstrate strong numerical/analytical skills, precise work under deadlines, good communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or related commercial field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent diligence, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration in line with NEC 3 (Options A, B, C & E).
• Subcontractor negotiations and contract management.
• Application for payments both Client and Subcontract.
• Forecasting and performance tracking for Client and Subcontractors.
• Project risk management and daily risk reviews.
• Site visits for subcontractor assessments.
• Identify, notify, and manage compensation events/variations in line with contract.
• Create and manage cost-to-complete to inform project position.
• Deliver accurate budget, cost and change reporting.
• Contribute to Cost Value Reconciliation and Earned Value Analysis reports.
