United Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activity on projects, driving cost control and contractual compliance from our Nepicar Park office in the UK. Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial management for large projects.
• Strong numeric and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts.
• Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers.
• Monitor contract performance in terms of program, cost, and key events/issues.
• Prepare monthly valuations and cost reports.
• Closeout processes, ensuring terms are met and payments verified.
• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors on all duties.
