Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a senior quantity surveyor/commercial professional to lead commercial delivery on large EPC contracts in the UK. The role emphasizes proactive commercial support, contract administration, and close collaboration with clients and subcontractors.

You will manage revenue, entitlement, and procurement strategies, driving delivery performance within budget and schedules. NEC contract experience and strong leadership are desirable as the company expands its Projects

Has a Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

Provide the Project Manager and delivery teams with proactive commercial support and lead delivery of commercial strategies
Ensure effective post contract commercial management of the contract or project in accordance with UI’s commercial policies and procedures
Regular reporting and analysis on project performance
Develop relationships with key client and supplier personnel and lead UI’s commercial interaction for the project
Bring focus to key execution risks and ensure robust mitigation plans are developed and implemented
Ensure commercial entitlement is pursued and obtained in accordance with the terms of the contracts
Ensure that any necessary contractual notices are served in accordance with the terms of each contract
Develop and implement effective negotiating strategies with respect to contractual matters and issues
