Job summary

Euro London is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a growing specialist construction business near Slough. The role covers pre-contract to final account with strong experience in construction and civils/groundworks. Hybrid working arrangement and a salary around £85,000 are on offer.

You will manage commercial aspects across the full project lifecycle, liaising with clients, subcontractors and senior management to drive financial performance and project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-contract cost planning and post-contract cost control.
• Strong background in construction and civils/groundworks.
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts.
• Proven CVR, cost reporting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent Excel skills and stakeholder communication.
