Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking Quantity Surveyors/Senior Quantity Surveyors to join concrete frame and groundwork sub-contractors in and around London. You will oversee packages from award through final account, reporting to the commercial director.

Successful candidates will have UK experience in this sector, a degree in quantity surveying or commercial management, and be prepared to travel across projects in London and the South East. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in quantity surveying or commercial management.
• Experience with concrete frame or groundwork subcontractors in the UK.
• Willingness to travel across London projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concrete frame, basement and groundwork packages from award through final account.
• Report to the commercial director and manage multiple packages.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure commercial targets are met.
