Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Central London role with a leading concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor. You will oversee packages from award through to final account and report directly to the commercial director.

The successful candidate will have UK experience in concrete frame or groundwork, a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, and be based in or near London with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Must have worked for rival concrete frame or groundwork subcontractors in the UK as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Degree-qualified in quantity surveying or commercial management.
• Based in or around London/South East area (or able to be based there) for work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concrete frame, basement and groundwork packages from award through final accounts.
• Report to the commercial director and manage projects across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with clients, main contractors and internal teams to maximise value.
