Job summary

Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for major civils infrastructure projects. The role is based in Bristol with a strong order book of water and infrastructure work, offering a permanent position and a lucrative package.

You will lead commercial management, subcontractor procurement and final accounts, ensuring robust cost control and NEC contract administration across on-site and remote coordination.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with civil engineering or infrastructure experience.
• Strong water, heavy civils or major infrastructure experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Strong subcontract and commercial management experience.
• Degree/HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline preferred.

Salary: 80,000 + package

Working Pattern: 3 days on site / 2 at home

I'm recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 2 contractor delivering various civil engineering projects across Bristol.

This is a permanent opportunity with a strong pipeline of long-term infrastructure work. Ideally, you'll have a background in water, utilities, heavy civils or major infrastructure and be comfortable commercially managing projects and subcontract packages from procurement through to final account.
