Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major London Projects,Main Contractor
We're currently working with a leading main contractor that's quietly building out its commercial team ahead of a strong run of secured London projects. They're looking to bring in driven and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors who want to play a key role in the delivery of high-value schemes - while being part of a company that offers genuine progression, not just promises.

With a senior leadership team made up of hands-on, commercially minded professionals, this is the kind of environment where high performers are given trust, responsibility and room to grow.
The current pipeline includes several high-profile central London builds, with scope for both site-based and hybrid working options depending on project needs. Culture-wise, they're collaborative, ambitious, and pride themselves on delivering without the red tape - offering the pace of a growing business with the backing and structure of a Tier 1.
What they offer:
Ideal for Senior Quantity Surveyors who have experience running packages or full schemes from early stages and are ready for a step up, or for those looking to move away from more rigid Tier 1 environments into something more dynamic, but equally secure.
Location: London-based projects (with flexibility around hybrid working)
Salary: £70,000-£100,000 + car allowance, bonus, and benefits
