About the Role

This is a freelance opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of a challenging residential project. Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project.
• Identify and resolve complex issues related to cost, procurement, and programme.
• Work closely with the site team to ensure cost control and financial reporting.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and commercial best practices.
• Provide strategic input to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale residential projects.
