Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer

This leading residential developer is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for an immediate freelance contract of at least 8 months, based on a new build residential project in Winchester, Hants.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage sub-contractor accounts.
2. Take full responsibility for a 118-unit residential project.
3. Report to the Commercial Manager for the region.

The project includes low-rise flats and traditionally built housing, comprising 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working on significant residential developments.
• At least 5 years' experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
