Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer

This leading residential developer has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance contract for a minimum period of 8 months on a new build residential project in Winchester, Hants.

Your role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to manager sub-contractor accounts and have full responsibility of this 118-unit residential project, reporting to a Commercial Manager for the region.

The scheme for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role consists of both low-rise flats and traditionally built housing of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have a minimum of 5yrs experience working on significant residential developments and a minimum of 5yrs in the Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
