Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a degree in Quantity Surveying, responsible for administering NEC P22 contracts, managing MEP subcontractor packages, and reporting to the Project Lead Commercial Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with P22 NEC Contract Administration, processes & procedures
• Recent exposure to P22/Healthcare Projects is highly desirable
• Ability to independently manage projects with lead commercial responsibilities

Main Duties

• Administer & control NEC P22 changes for the Main Contract & Subcontractors
• Manage the commercial aspects of MEP Subcontractor Packages or other significant Subcontract packages
• Report results, actions, status, and recommendations to the Project Lead Commercial Manager

Pay Rate

• £400 - £450 per day, depending on experience and suitability

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Assignment Duration

• Approximately 6 months

Start Date

• Ideally from the week commencing 18th March; otherwise, ASAP after that
