Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Winchester, United Kingdom
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a leading construction and property consultancy offering full turnkey built asset advice and development strategies to clients in both the private and public sectors. They are an award-winning firm recognized as one of the best workplaces in their field.

The Cost Management team in Winchester is well established and led by a highly reputable Partner. Over the years, they have secured major projects with charities, corporate end users, developers, and retailers. The team has grown by 17% recently, with plans to expand further and develop a new client base.

You will lead all aspects of cost management from inception to completion on large-scale projects (up to £50 million+) and mentor junior team members. Experience in capital allowances, RCAs, LCCs, and LCAs is preferred but not essential.

About you:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
• MRICS qualification is desirable but not mandatory
