Kier Group in Rickmansworth is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on the Maple Lodge STW project. Based in Rickmansworth, you will manage cost control, procurement and reporting, mentoring junior QSs, and deputising for the Commercial Manager from construction through to final account.
You will apply strong contract management skills on major civil infrastructure works, lead CVRs and forecasts, and ensure governance and alignment with project objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a major water infrastructure upgrade project, supporting and deputising for the Commercial Manager. You'll lead day-to-day commercial management of key packages, ensuring robust cost control, supply chain management, and accurate reporting. As a senior member of the commercial team, you'll provide guidance to colleagues while contributing to the commercial success of this significant scheme from construction through to final account.
