Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. The role covers a range of sectors including industrial, residential, retail, hotels and office, with a family-feel team of about 15 QS professionals.

Applicants should have a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS-related qualification, ideally MRICS, and a PQS consultancy background. Driving license and pre/post contract experience are preferred, with autonomy to run

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a wide variety of projects across numerous sectors such as industrial, residential, retail, hotels and office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a family feel office of 15 Quantity Surveyors with a supportive culture.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
