Ideal candidates will be MRICS or equivalent, with strong pre/post contract experience and the ability to work autonomously within a PQS environment. Hybrid working and APC support are offered.

A multi-disciplinary PQS Consultancy is seeking a forward-thinking Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead a Quantity Surveying team primarily working on regeneration projects across both the public and private sectors.

Alongside involvement in project delivery, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will also oversee the training and development of less experienced Quantity Surveyors within the team.

• MRICS or similar

• Previous experience at Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor level
