Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. You will support the QS team across hospitality, industrial, residential and commercial projects, focusing on budget reporting, estimates and final accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS related degree, APC focus, and at least 12 months PQS experience, plus a full driving licence.

• Car and driver's license.
• Pre and post contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Join a supportive team of QSs on projects across hospitality, industrial, residential and commercial.
• Carry out accurate budget reporting, estimates and final accounts.
• Help fulfil EA duties as part of the QS team.

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a determined Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive team of Quantity Surveyors on a wide rage of projects across sectors such as hospitality, industrial, residential and commercial.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will help support the QS team by carrying out accurate budget reporting, estimates, final accounts and helping to fulfil EA duties.
