Job summary

Foster & May in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a large PQS team across diverse sectors, including heritage, healthcare, leisure and education. The role is client facing, focusing on developing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones from pre- through post-contract.

The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveyor degree (or RICS-associated degree), APC focus, and 5+ years of PQS consultancy experience, with a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience at a PQS consultancy.
• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS-associated degree.
• APC focused and committed to chartership.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large PQS team on multiple sectors including heritage, healthcare, leisure and education.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide client facing guidance and ensure successful delivery from pre- to post-contract.

A national construction and property consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead a large team, where they will work on an array of project sectors such as heritage, healthcare, leisure and education.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working in a client facing role, where they would be expected to build new relationships with new clients and maintain existing relationships with pre-existing clients.

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.

• Good pre and post contract experience
• Car + driver's license
• At least 5 years' experience at a PQS consultancy
