Senior Quantity Surveyor, London - UK South Build Division
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our UK South Build division to work on a large commercial or residential project in the area. The ideal candidate is a strong lead SQS, capable of conducting CVRs, attending client meetings, and managing project financials. The plan is to have a Construction Manager (CM) oversee procurement and project setup initially, with the SQS taking over to complete the project, and the CM working part-time thereafter. We are seeking two such candidates.
