Job Description:

Overview: Navartis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading main contractor specializing in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects across the UK. The role is based in North London.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing commercial aspects of assigned projects
• Leading a team of assistant/graduate quantity surveyors
• Pre-construction commercial management
• Client liaison
• Contract management and reporting
• Valuations, final accounts, forecasts, and handling NEC contracts
• Managing compensation events

Requirements:

• Background in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure
• Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience with NEC 3 / NEC 4 contracts
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Degree (preferred)
