Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £100,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance

Type: Site-Based | Contractor Only

The Project

We’re working with a top-tier contractor delivering one of London’s most prestigious residential redevelopments — a £92M Grade I & II listed scheme featuring:

• 42 luxury apartments across three blocks
• A newly built rooftop penthouse
• Private gym, spa, and underground swimming pool

Procurement is complete. This is about bringing it home — on time, on budget, and to exceptional standards.

The Role

As Senior QS / Commercial Lead, you’ll take full commercial ownership of the project’s final phase, with responsibility for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of 3 surveyors
• Managing commercial reporting, forecasting, and valuations
• Overseeing client liaison and commercial negotiations
• Ensuring contract compliance and risk mitigation
• Supporting programme delivery alongside the site team

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience on high-value residential or heritage schemes
• Background with a main contractor only (no developer CVs, please)
• Confident managing teams and client relationships
• Strong reporting, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience on listed buildings or complex refurbishments is a bonus
