Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a company specializing in property, office investments, hospitality, and construction with assets valued up to £3 billion, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Uxbridge, Hillingdon.

The successful candidate will lead several projects, including a hotel development, refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, and a leisure centre.

Ideal candidates will be RICS qualified with a background in general contracting or development. Experience managing all trades and suppliers from inception to completion, including dealings with consultants and warranties, is essential.

Applicants should have strong cost reporting and upstream reporting experience. Prior experience working on hotel projects and Grade II listed buildings is required.

In return, the client offers a salary ranging from £90,000 to £110,000, complemented by a full package and bonus.
