ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £20m.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs to maximize project profit margin and ensure payment delivery while developing future client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• This role is best suited to an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, but candidates at an Intermediate level looking to advance their careers are also considered.
• Previous experience in estimating.
• Skills developed with civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractors.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
