Senior Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame & Groundworks

Location: West London

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Package / Benefits (LTD or PAYE)

About the Company

Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames and groundworks. With a turnover of over £150 million per annum, their project values range from £10m to £40m. Their expertise covers infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects.

About the Role

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m to £20m. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs to maximise project profit margins, ensuring timely payments, and developing future client relationships.

Requirements

• Demonstrable skills with civil engineering or RC frame and groundworks contractors
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 3+ years experience with a civil or RC frame and groundwork contractor
