Job summary

Une entreprise de construction recherche un Senior Quantity Surveyor pour travailler sur HS2 à Londres. Le candidat doit avoir au moins 3 ans d'expérience, de l'expérience dans la gestion de sous-traitants, et antérieurement sur des contrats NEC. Cette mission dure 4 mois avec un potentiel d'extension, offrant un tarif de 500£ par jour.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience comme Senior Quantity Surveyor sur site.
• Expérience avec des grands contracteurs de niveau 1 ou 2.
• Expérience en management de sous-traitants.

Responsibilities

• Travailler sur la livraison des tunnels pour HS2.

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on HS2?

Do you have experience working on NEC contracts in the rail industry?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on the delivery of tunnels for HS2.

Rate: £500/day Outside IR35

Location: North London

Duration: 4 months, with potential for extension

Requirements:

• Previously worked on NEC Contracts
• Major Construction/Civil/Infrastructure experience
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractors
• Sub-Contractor management experience
• Minimum of 3+ years working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on site
