We're Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor for Luxury Fit-Out Project in Saudi Arabia

ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the hospitality, commercial, cultural, and retail sectors. We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.

ALEC FITOUT is seeking a specialized Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for overseeing all financial and contractual aspects of the project. You will play a critical role in ensuring the project is completed within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for KSA.

Your Role:

Manage commercial and contractual aspects of luxury fit-out projects in KSA.
Develop and maintain tender budgets and procurement strategies.
Lead subcontractor tendering, negotiations, and manage project claims.
Oversee cost control, progress invoicing, and financial reporting.
Lead and mentor the commercial team for successful project delivery.

What You’ll Need:

Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
8+ years’ experience, with 5+ years in luxury interior fit-out projects.
Proven skills in contract management, cost control, and subcontractor management.
Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and negotiation skills.
