Job description

Kilnbridge is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major civils package on HS2 s Old Oak Common. This role offers long-term security, complex infrastructure exposure and the chance to be embedded in one of the UK's most high-profile transport programmes.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you ll work closely with commercial leads on change control, subcontract management and structural civils delivery with a focus on structural steel, roofing, and cladding packages.

Senior Quantity Surveyor key responsibilities:

• Manage subcontract procurement, change control and client liaison

• Support major civils packages including bridge and mezzanine works

• Lead CVRs, cost forecasting and variation submissions

• Work across NEC contracts in a hands-on, delivery-focused role

• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs and site teams

Senior Quantity Surveyor essential experience:

• Tier 2 or Tier 3 civils contracting background

• Strong NEC contract knowledge

• Experience in structural steel, cladding or envelope packages

• Ability to manage cost, subcontractors and client relationships

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-change environment
