The Opportunity

This newly created Senior Quantity Surveyor role comes as a result of an expanding workload and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to help shape the position according to their own experience and strengths.

The role strikes a balance between independent working and support from senior leadership, ensuring you have both autonomy and access to guidance where needed. You’ll be responsible for a range of commercial duties across both the pre- and post-contract phases.

Areas of focus will include procurement, subcontractor management, contract review and administration, payment applications, and cost-value reconciliations.
