They are looking for an experiencedSenior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying for a housing developer
• Valid CSCS card and UK driving licence
• Working knowledge of construction and contract law along with various forms of Conditions of Contract.
• Significant knowledge of construction techniques on particular projects.
• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
• Membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB (or working towards)
• Practical application of Microsoft Office - predominantly Excel
• Experience of using a cost system i.e. Oracle or similar
