Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a major North/West Scotland infrastructure project. The contract allows around four years of continuity, with a steady flow of costs, contracts, and commercial risk management.

You'll manage earthworks, drainage and concrete packages, ensuring NEC3 contract compliance while coordinating with the project team. A four-day-on-site pattern with on-site accommodation and meals is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure or civil engineering.

What you'll bring

You'll be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in infrastructure or civil engineering and the commercial capability to manage complex work packages.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Strong knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
• Experience across infrastructure and heavy civil engineering works.
• Commercial experience covering earthworks, drainage, concrete or similar packages.
• The ability to manage costs, subcontractors, change and commercial risk throughout project delivery.

Around 15 years' industry experience would be advantageous, and candidates based locally to the project are particularly welcome.
