Job summary

ERSG Ltd seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a freelance/contract position in Glasgow with hybrid working. You will own the commercial delivery of major infrastructure packages, ensuring cost control, contractual compliance and strong commercial performance across regulated environments.

You will lead on cost control, forecasting and reporting, manage variations and risk, and engage with subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver project success on a long-term programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Background in infrastructure, engineering or major construction.
• Strong commercial and contract management experience.
• Experience managing change, cost and risk.
• Excellent stakeholder and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working within regulated or complex project environments.

We are looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join a major infrastructure programme in Glasgow. This is a strong opportunity to work on a large-scale, technically complex programme within a highly regulated environment, with a long-term contract and hybrid working.

The Role

You will take ownership of the commercial delivery of major infrastructure and engineering packages, ensuring strong cost control, contractual compliance and commercial performance.
