Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship infrastructure project in Hampshire on a long-term contract. Hybrid working arrangements support a balance of site and office presence as you drive commercial performance and cost control across NEC-driven contracts.

You will manage forecasts, subcontract packages and change control, collaborating with stakeholders to maximise value on a major framework-backed programme. Day rate £475-£500.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge.
• Excellent cost control, forecasting and financial management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and complex supply chains.
• Track record of managing change, risk and commercial issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous.

The Opportunity

You’ll become a key member of an established commercial team delivering a high-profile infrastructure project in Hampshire. Working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial performance whilst ensuring robust cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a role for a commercially astute professional who can challenge where necessary, manage risk effectively and build strong relationships across the supply chain.
