A respected civil engineering contractor in London is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial performance of complex concrete projects. Responsibilities include cost planning, subcontract negotiation, and overseeing junior staff. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience within civil engineering, particularly in concrete structures, and possess a strong grasp of relevant contracts. This position offers a long-term, stable workload with the potential for further senior leadership opportunities.
We are working with a well‑established civil engineering contractor delivering complex and technically demanding projects across London. Due to sustained growth and a strong forward order book, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in concrete structures and cut & carve construction.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of projects, providing leadership to site teams and junior commercial staff while acting as a key commercial interface with clients and subcontractors.
