Aldwych Consulting Ltd is representing a long-established Main Contractor delivering refurbishment, fit-out and framework projects across London and the South East. They seek an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio from their South East London office.

We're working exclusively with a long-established, financially secure Main Contractor delivering refurbishment, fit-out and framework projects across London and the South East.
Due to continued growth and an evolving commercial team, they're looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work alongside an experienced Commercial Manager and play a key role in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects.
You'll be involved in the full commercial lifecycle of multiple projects, including:
Projects range from commercial fit-outs, education, heritage and retail refurbishment schemes through to public sector framework works, typically valued between £100k and £2.5m.
