Your new company
Our client is a tier 1 builder with an exceptional reputation for the construction of high-profile projects across the Central Belt. With a focus on the education, manufacturing and community sectors, this company has a busy pipeline of work in 2025 and 2026 and can offer a secure and progressive career for their commercial team.
Your new role
As Senior QS, you will be working on projects up to 60million, and you will be reporting to a Senior Commercial Manager who will support and develop you towards managing QS and beyond. You will be involved at all stages of your project, ensuring it achieves its commercial goals whilst retaining positive working relationships with your project stakeholders such as clients and your supply chain. Working closely with your operational team onsite, you will be a key part of the successful delivery of community-enhancing projects across the central belt of Scotland.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a competent and confident Senior Quantity Surveyor with the ability to commercially lead projects of this scale. You will be highly skilled in the nuts and bolts of commercially managing these projects whilst being capable of communicating effectively with the project's stakeholders such as your clients, consultants and your supply chain. The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified and have significant expertise in a similar role as previously.
