Job summary

McM Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of a leading regional civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a growing North East portfolio of highways, infrastructure and utilities projects.

You will own commercial delivery from procurement to final account, administer NEC contracts, prepare valuations and forecasts, manage subcontract accounts, and report key financials to senior management. This is a stable, long-term role with clear progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering, infrastructure or utilities.
• Strong knowledge of NEC forms of contract.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent commercial awareness and cost management capability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline is required.
• Full UK driving licence.

Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering & Infrastructure - North East

McM are recruiting on behalf of a leading regional civil engineering and infrastructure contractor for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of projects across the North East.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across highways, infrastructure, utilities, public realm and civil engineering projects. The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For
