Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to the company's expansion and successful acquisition of numerous infrastructure projects in Kent, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Manager. The projects you'll be involved in include infrastructure, bridges, heavy earthworks, deep drainage, anchor block installations, piling, and concrete works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs across multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring each remains profitable. Responsibilities include reviewing, evaluating, and delivering payments, as well as developing client relationships. Projects include new multi-story car parks, major earthworks, bridges, and highway schemes. Initially, you will work on enabling works for a Highways scheme in Colchester, a £25M link road project. As a senior quantity surveyor, you will lead your own team of quantity surveyors and assistant quantity surveyors.

You will undertake general surveying tasks as required, including reviewing and pricing variations and preparing valuations for the Project Manager and Commercial Director.
