A large Civil Engineering Contractor with a £134 million turnover is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work out of their Essex office, overseeing projects in the home counties and London. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work for a company established for over 30 years. The role requires a strong senior candidate experienced with NEC contracts, responsible for estimating, controlling costs, and ensuring structures meet legal and quality standards.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Overview

• Preparing internal commercial reports and other required reports
• Preparing valuations/applications for payment with supporting documentation
• Preparing cost reports for clients with contractually compliant documentation
